Alexandra W. Koehler, DNP, practices hematology oncology at Ochsner Health. She is a New Orleans native and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. After working in the pediatrics unit at Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans and outpatient endoscopy center, she began her family nurse practitioner studies at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, where she earned her degree as a Doctor of Nursing Practice, served as President of her class, and was inducted into the Epsilon Nu Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Alexandra is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner.
