Dr. Alicia Kober earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport. She completed her pediatric residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Dr. Kober is board certified in Pediatrics. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Kober joined Ochsner Health in 2010. Dr. Kober takes special interest in preventive pediatrics and routine newborn care.

Dr. Kober always takes her time with my son, never seems rushed, although she's so efficient. We as parents were more concerned during this visit than we have been in the past, and she recognized that and just sat with us for a bit playing with my son. I would definitely recommend this entire practice to any parent.
