Amber Medine, MD, practices pediatrics at Ochsner Health. Dr. Amber Medine is a native of White Castle, Louisiana. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. Following this, she completed her internship and residency at Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Medine is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been on staff at Ochsner since August 2020. Dr. Medine's expertise is in providing comprehensive care for children ages zero to 18 years. She is strong advocate for vaccination and the reduction of preventable illnesses in children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her pets, two cats and a dog, and traveling the world.
