Amber Peskin, APRN, practices neurology with a focus in multiple sclerosis at Ochsner Health. She joined the Ochsner Multiple Sclerosis Center as a lead nurse in the fall of 2011 after spending five years in New York at the International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice. She received a Master of Nursing degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in New Orleans in 2014. She has served as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse since 2015. She is certified as an Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist through ANCC. Amber was a 2013 New Orleans City Business Healthcare Hero and the 2013 Ochsner Health Nurse of the Year. She is a member of the International Organization for Multiple Sclerosis Nurses and is also a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Nurse. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and serving on the alumnae board for her alma mater.
