I not only felt cared for but actually found my visit enjoyable and informative
I realized that what I was hoping for, and what I received were quite different.I wanted to be able to get results through diet and exercise rather than just pills, and she said she doesn't do that.She did however, recommend a vitamin combination that I am hopeful about, an exercise program that is detailed and should be attainable for me, but not an eating plan like I was hoping for.So, I will do what she recommends, and hope for positive results at my 6 month follow up.
