Ashley Stickman, MS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian at Ochsner Health, specializing in the nutrition of cancer care at the Gayle and Tom Benson Cancer Center. She is credentialed by the Commission for Dietetic Registration from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her current area of focus is in gastrointestinal cancers. She also works with the adolescent and young adult oncology clinic at Ochsner. Ashley is currently involved in clinical research involving pre-habilitation to improve malnutrition and frailty in surgical oncology patients. She is a member of both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the New Orleans Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
