Bailey Lemoine, OD, is a clinical optometrist at Ochsner Health in New Orleans. Dr. Lemoine earned an undergraduate degree in biology from Louisiana State University and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Through clinical rotations at Louisiana Eye and Laser Center in Pineville, Louisiana; Community Eye Clinic in Fort Worth, Texas; and the University Eye Institute in Houston, Texas, Dr. Lemoine gained experience caring for patients with a wide range of eye care needs. Dr. Lemoine is currently completing a residency in primary care optometry at Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans.

Dr. Lemoine has a special interest in caring for patients with special needs and strives to create a welcoming, comfortable experience tailored to each patient. Dr. Lemoine is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometry Association of Louisiana.
