Benjamin Azan, MD

Dr. Azan received his undergraduate degree from McGill University in Computer Science. He went on to get a medical degree from The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, NY. Following this he completed his internship and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Azan is board certified by American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been on staff at Ochsner since September 2018 and practicing emergency medicine as an attending provider since 2016. Dr. Azan ’s expertise is in Emergency Medicine, Medical Education and Clinical Quality.
