Carla Vidrine, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner practicing in the hematology oncology department at Ochsner Health. Mrs. Vidrine has over 10 years of experience as a nurse practitioner with expertise in primary care, health maintenance, disease prevention, and wound medicine, offering comprehensive care for various medical needs.

Mrs. Vidrine earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing science in 2008 and master’s degree in advanced practice nursing with a concentration in family care in 2015 from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana.

She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
Mrs. Vidrine has held membership in various organizations including the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Southern Nurses Research Society, and Sigma Theta Tau International. She is also a 2018 scholar/alumni of the Academy for Emerging Leaders in Patient Safety. Outside of practice, Mrs. Vidrine enjoys gardening, traveling, reading and spending time with her family.
