Biography
Dr. Gisondo received her medical degree from Ohio University in Athens, OH and completed her residency at Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron in Akron, OH. She completed a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at C. S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Carly Gisondo is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics: in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She has been on staff at Ochsner since August 2020. She is the team lead for Quality & Safety of the Ochsner Baptist NICU and works with our Neonatal/Pediatric Flight Care Team.
