Dr. Casey Cahill attended Tulane University on full scholarship for his bachelor's degree in neuroscience. He received his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his fellowship in clinical and surgical management of Glaucoma at Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Cahill is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and he has been on staff at Ochsner since October 2020. Dr. Cahill's expertise is in clinical and surgical management of glaucoma, cataract surgery, and comprehensive ophthalmology. In his spare time, he enjoys live music, recreational outdoor activities and New Orleans sports teams.
