Christopher Swift, DO, is an internal medicine physician at Ochsner Health. Dr. Swift has expertise in treating hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and other chronic medical issues. His clinic offers comprehensive medical care for various conditions and medical needs with focus on health maintenance and wellness. Dr. Swift earned his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2010. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, in 2013. He is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He actively participates in ABIM to stay up to date on medical advancements. Dr. Swift has a patient-centered approach that emphasizes compassionate care and personalized treatment plans. He is dedicated to addressing patient needs while understanding individual concerns and goals. Outside of medicine he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing and watching movies.
