Biography

Christopher Wear, MD, specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry at Ochsner Medical Complex - The Grove. Dr. Wear received his medical degree from St. George's School of Medicine in St. George's, Grenada, and completed his internship and residency Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He also completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at LSUHSC. Dr. Wear is board-certified in adult and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been on staff at Ochsner since August 2020.
