Coleatha Fowler, DNP, is board-certified in family practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Southern University in 2007 and her master of science in nursing with a focus of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011. Additionally, she received a doctor of nursing practice from Southern University in 2018.

Coleatha is a charter member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society-Tau Phi Chapter in 2006. She has experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine and behavioral health. In her spare time, Coleatha enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to the community.
