Colleen D. Knoop, DNP, APRN, FNP, NP-C, earned her doctor of nursing practice degree from Bellarmine University. She has experience in general neurology with a specific interest in movement disorders and deep brain stimulation.

Her doctoral research project focused on patient expectations of deep brain stimulation for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
