I had a very interesting conversation about my health where I'm at n what needs to be done to improve it I'm satisfied as a patient about my visit.

She is so patient and kind.

I only have positive things to say about Dr Shappley. She is an amazing doctor who listens to your concerns, she is willing to work with you on treatments, and is always there when needed. I am truly grateful for my Ochsner lung transplant team and thankful for Dr Shappley.

Dr. Shappley is my husband's lung Dr. She and her team have provided my husband with excellent care. She is very knowledgeable and listens and answers all of our questions. Her nurse Stephanie is a God send. They make us feel like my husband is not just another case. We feel cared for and our concerns are always taken seriously and addressed. We feel like we all want what's best for my husband's health. I don't feel alone. Highly recommend!

She has been nothing less than awesome! Glad I have her and her team to help me with post transplant life

Very impressed with her knowledge and understanding of what is going on with my health. She explained things very well and answered all of my concerns. I have better understanding of how things are affecting my health, what to do and not do. Office staff and nurses are fabulous also. I hate to go to the Doctor but the hole experience wasn’t bad at all.

Dr. Shappley and the lung coordinator, Shannon, are both great people to work with. They make a great team.

She is the best doctor I ever had n her team is the best too ‼️

Dr. Sharples treated me in the hospital and my post op tests and follow up in pulmonary. She is extremely courteous and professional and I would refer Dr.Shappley to my family and friends. I am a double lung transplant recipient. I feel that your clinic should know that since it was done there 8.5 years ago. You send me a survey as if I'm a new patient. Before you send these things out you should do a little research. Now don't get me wrong I feel as if not for Oschners care and excellent service I would not be here but at least treat me like you know me.

Dr. Shappley is always professional, courteous and thorough. She listens to and considers your input. I would most highly recommend her.

Everything was great I really like Dr Shappley she's the best and I trust her 100%. Everyone else in at the Clinic were very pleasant also. I can honestly say my day was pleasant because of everyone at the Clinic. If I had to change one thing; it would would be beforeIwalkintotheClinic. If I had my temperature checked coming into the building and going straight to the Clinic for my appointment. I really don't find it necessary for someone to bother me with taking temperature and answering the same questions I've already been asked. To be honest it's very upsetting and takes me awhile to calm down. I know you're doing this for safety reasons, but this is way over board when you can't enter the building to get to Clinic for appointment without being hassled over temperature and questions. Like I said I can understand, but all the patients are tired of it. I'm not the only one I just may be the only one who'll have the gumption to mention it. Other than this like I said all are STARS 🌟

I was scared to death to come, but every employee they are made me feel comfortable and at ease, and got me through the day great. Look forward to seeing y’all again in six months. See you in May thanks Betty Jo Brumfield
