Biography
Dr. Lattie uses evidence-based approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy, which helps individuals manage difficult emotions and live according to their values; cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought and behavior patterns; and trauma-informed therapy, which emphasizes safety, healing, and personal growth.
She earned her Doctor of Psychology and Master of Arts in clinical psychology from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology in Springfield, Missouri. Dr. Lattie has more than 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life transitions and achieve greater emotional balance and well-being.
Outside of work, she enjoys mindfulness practice, time with family and exploring the natural beauty of south Louisiana.
