Delois Darlene Ortego, FNP-C, practices cardiology at Ochsner Health. Mrs. Ortego offers comprehensive care for various medical needs, including coronary artery disease, heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias.

Mrs. Ortego earned her degree from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Mississippi, in 2018. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board.

Mrs. Ortego is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of their patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. She has been practicing at Ochsner since 2018. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
