Biography

Dominic Carollo, MD, specializes in pediatric anesthesiology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Carollo earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He completed both his internship in internal medicine and residency in anesthesia at Ochsner Clinic Foundation New Orleans. He completed a pediatric anesthesia fellowship and a sub-fellowship in congenital cardiac anesthesia at Children's National Medical Center Washington, D.C. Dr. Carollo is board-certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. He has been on staff at Ochsner since 2011. He also serves as the Assistant Chief Medical Information Officer in Anesthesia for the system. His special clinical interest is for the anesthetic care of children and adults with congenital cardiac disease.
