She is a senior lecturer at Ochsner Clinical School University of Queensland and an adjunct faculty at Xavier University of Louisiana. Dr. Mbagwu is an active member of the American Medical Association, the American Board of Obesity Medicine, American Academy of Family Physicians, Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians.
