Dr. Erika Diaz-Narvaez is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency in 2017 followed by fellowships in geriatrics and palliative medicine. She has been on staff at Ochsner since 2020. Dr. Diaz-Narvaez specializes in geriatrics and palliative medicine and provides an added layer of support to seriously ill patients and their families working to improve their quality of life. Dr. Diaz-Narvaez received her medical degree from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras in Tegucigalpa in 2012. She completed her internal medicine residency at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Diaz-Narvaez completed her geriatric and palliative medicine fellowships in New York at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
