Biography

Dr. George Gilly earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Medicine in New Orleans. Following medical school, he completed his internship, residency and cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship at Ochsner Health. Dr. Gilly is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the National Board of Echocardiography in Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography. He has been on staff at Ochsner since 2014. He specializes in cardiothoracic anesthesiology.
