Biography
Dr. Polin finished fellowship training in cardiovascular disease at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center in 2008. He then returned to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania to complete an additional two years of subspecialty training in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, where he worked under nationally and internationally recognized experts in the field.
Dr. Polin has a particular interest in the treatment of complex heart rhythm disturbances and has extensive training and experience in catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and other cardiac arrhythmias. He also has expertise in the implantation of pacemakers, defibrillators and biventricular devices.
