Dr. Gregory Gaspard specializes in gastroenterology with a focus in irritable bowel syndrome. He is a native of Texas and completed his undergraduate education at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He returned to Texas for medical school at the University of Texas - Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he spent a year as the chief medical resident. He completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Dr. Gaspard is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He practiced at Ochsner in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from 2011 to 2017, and he rejoined Ochsner at Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans in 2020. Dr. Gaspard's expertise is in inflammatory bowel disease and he works in the IBD Center at Ochsner Medical Center - New Orleans. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and fishing.
