He is also active in research with focuses in metastatic disease of the skeleton, cancer pain management, and liquid biopsy applications. Dr. Zervoudakis' procedures include limb-salvage oncologic surgery, surgical management of metastatic bone disease, complex resection of extremity tumors, and amputations.
Dr. Zervoudakis earned his medical degree and completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Western Michigan University’s Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Dr. Zervoudakis later completed advanced fellowship training at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, including fellowships in orthopedic oncology and sarcoma research.
