Hailey Gros, PA-C, practices pediatric urology at Ochsner Health. Hailey received her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with minors in biology and psychology from Louisiana State University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Hailey completed clinical rotations in family medicine, pediatrics, urology, general surgery, trauma surgery, orthopedics and emergency medicine. She is board certified by the National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants and actively participates in the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Hailey is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of her patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling to new and exciting places and spending time with family, friends and her service dog, Luna.
