Haley Willem, PA-C, DMSc, practices orthopedics at Ochsner Health, with a focus in orthopedic hand and upper extremity issues. Haley acquired a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2015. She earned her degree in physician assistant studies from Louisiana State University Health Science Center New Orleans in 2018. She subsequently obtained a Doctor of Medical Sciences at University of Lynchburg, in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is a nationally board-certified physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2018. Haley actively participates in Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants as well as American Academy of Physician Assistants.



Haley has cultivated a style of practice which integrates compassionate, patient-centric care. She listens to her patients and provides a safe space of belonging while also providing objective patient education. She has been practicing in the Greater New Orleans area since 2018, with a short stint near Atlanta. Originally from the Lafayette area, Haley typically spends time with her husband and two young children, embracing her Cajun heritage and enjoying the New Orleans joie de vivre!
