Hannah Gray, DNP, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner specializing in occupational medicine at Ochsner Health. She provides comprehensive occupational health services, including the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses, Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, pre-employment and annual health screenings, workers’ compensation evaluations, return-to-work assessments and preventive health services.

Hannah is committed to promoting the health, safety and well-being of employees while partnering with employers to support a healthy workforce. She provides patient-centered, evidence-based care focused on helping individuals recover safely, maintain their health, and return to work with confidence.

Hannah earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, and her Master of Science in nursing with a family nurse practitioner concentration from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Mississippi University for Women and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Meridian Community College.

She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and remains committed to ongoing professional development in occupational and preventive medicine. She also maintains certifications in spirometry, audiometry, breath alcohol testing and drug screening.

Hannah has been practicing with Ochsner Health since 2008. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, she values building relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals while meeting workplace health requirements.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, their two boys, and their extended family. She also enjoys crafting, trips to the beach, and shopping.
