Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notify us within 24 hours. If your doctor is unavailable for an urgent problem, please consider allowing Ochsner to book an appointment for you with another provider.

If you need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy to request it. If your pharmacist has any questions, they will contact Ochsner. Make sure the pharmacy sends your refill request to Ochsner at least three to five working days before you run out of your medication. If we don't get the notice in time, we can't promise your refill will be ready before you use up your current supply.
