Same comment as beforeWhile courteous during each visit Isabell was very hesitant to touch my mother and she addressed this concern to me both times she visited with her. First time was to examine for swelling in face and extremities and this time for swelling of ankles.
She placed orders for medication changes w/my online pharmacy and I knew when the 2 changes would arrive. I understood what to do with my current medications in enacting the changes.Her notes were printed and given to me.
Dr. Hatfield is one of the best doctors I've ever had - She's very caring and listens carefully to a patient.
Explained every thing so I could understand.
She discussed everything with in detail. Answered all of my questions and showed genuine concern. Great job
