Dr. Issam Eid is a surgical oncologist with a focus in head and neck surgery at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center. He received his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in 2007. Following this, he completed his residency in otolaryngology at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Eid is dual-fellowship trained, having completed an Advanced Oncologic Head and Neck Surgery Fellowship, as well as a Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Fellowship at University of Kansas. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Eid's interests include rhinoplasty (especially ethnic), mohs reconstruction, facial rejuvenation and injectables and fillers. He is interested in all aspects of head and neck oncologic surgery with a special interest in thyroid and parathyroid surgery. He is also trained in Transoral Robotic Surgery.
