Edwin Forest, MD, practices emergency medicine at Ochsner Health. Dr. Forrest received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2007. He went on to complete his residency at Shands/University of Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Forrest is board-certified by the American College of Emergency Physicians and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2012 and practicing medicine since 2010. He has a special clinical interest in orthopedics and radiology. Dr. Forrest enjoys spending time with his wife and children, travelling, learning languages and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in his free time.
