Dr. Janine Ferrier earned her undergraduate degree from the Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans, Louisiana and earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine also in New Orleans. She completed her internal medicine residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Ferrier is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been on staff at Ochsner since September 2007. She currently practices at Ochsner Health Center - Metairie.
