Jennifer Rostafin, FNP-C, practices family medicine at Ochsner Health. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut, and her Master of Science Degree in family nurse practitioner studies from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond. Additionally, she completed clinical rotations in women's health and pediatrics, as well as adolescent, adult and geriatric primary care. Prior to joining the Ochsner team, Jennifer worked in Post Anesthesia Care, Intermediate Care, and Intensive Care units as a registered nurse. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and actively participates in the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners to stay updated on medical advancements. Jennifer is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of her patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and baking.
