Biography
Katie Lyons received her Masters of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant studies from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. She also holds a degree in Nutritional Sciences from Louisiana State University and is a registered dietitian.
Katie completed her internship at North Oaks Health System in Hammond, Louisiana. She has specialized in orthopedic services since 2014.

Dr. Lyons did a great job of explaining my X-ray with me and answered several questions regarding future activities that might affect my condition. I have had several joint steroid shots in the past by other orthopedic doctors and Dr. Lyons by far gave me a no pain injection!

My experience with her and Dr. LYONS WAS VERY EXCELLENT
Dr. Lyons answered to the best of her knowledge. My stack of prior surgery records were not really reviewed by the 1st dr. visit so wasn't on my 1st visit record for her to see. I've left them there for view if needed.

Extremely attentive and professional.
Dr. Lyons talked to me about all of the options for treating me, what to do to help me especially with the pain I was experiencing.
Ms Lyons explained that I could have a small tear in my right rotator cuff and more revealing information will be provided by doing an MRI. Possible treatments were discussed with me. I had a choice when I made my appointment and selected Ms Lyons as I've been seen by her before and was well satisfied. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
