Extremely clean and very well organized medical facility. Dr. Lauren Elder is a very professional and caring person. Sometimes I attend my Wife’s appointments with Dr. Elder which allows me to have a better understanding of my Wife’s health conditions.

I only give 4 stars because we love our doctor and the nurses here but wait times are ridiculous! Especially for blood work. Why are we waiting over an hour for a 5 second blood draw when there is absolutely no one else waiting in the waiting room?? Ochsner Mandeville.. yall need to work on this.

We've been with Ochsner pediatrics for years, but we are leaving. We love the doctor, but having to make multiple phone calls, repeat the same information every time, wait for call backs (that don't always come) and finally having to demand to speak with an office manager to get a referral sent after calling for 27 days has ended it for me. It has become quantity over quality for this system.

Very organize. Never crowded inside. Pacients separate , sicksones from just check ones. Excellent attention. From front desk nurses doctors. Dr. G is great !!!

The function was exceptionally well organized. Myself as well as others were treated with kindness and respect. I did thank everyone I could for all their efforts and putting t j themselves in danger. Everyone who worked at this function should be commended for the tremendous job...well done. I had the one time shot and I seem to be doing fine. Yes I've had discomfort and rested a lot for 2 days now but am feeling much better. Just thankful I could have the vaccine. 🥰

The quality of care my family receives from Oschner is great. I was fortunate enough to find a health care team that is attentive, knowledgable, and most importantly, treats you like a person and not just a patient. Dr. Oubre and her nurse Rainy are outstanding! I'm so fortunate to have them on my family's team and I couldn't be happier about the quality of care we get from them.

Love the care I receive at Oschner. Every Health Care Provider that I’m referred to really takes the time to listen before treatment begins. They genuinely care! Dr. Lauren Elder is my PC PHYSICIAN. She’s simply the best! I love being able to communicate through the MyChart App. Every question I have (and there are lots of them) are answered super fast! And making future appointments is extremely easy. I also like being able to see visit summaries as well as managing my account balances. Crazy as it sounds, I look forward to my appointments because in know I’ll be well taken care of.
