Ms. Conley is great! She took time to answer all of my many questions so that I understood fully. I had stopped taking gastro meds prescribed at another facility because I thought they weren't necessary. Ms. Conley carefully explained why I should take them. Now that I understand the reason why I should take the meds, I have begun taking them again. Ms. Conley was able to explain everything in a way that made sense to me.

She ended our conversation with a clear plan. I didn't have to assume what my next steps would be. She laid it all out for me.
