Kimberly LeBlanc, MD, is a hematologist oncologist at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. LeBlanc earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. LeBlanc joins Ochsner Health after serving as the chief hematology oncology fellow at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Her fields of interest are gastrointestinal oncology, psychosocial oncology, and health disparities in low income and minority communities. She served as an internal medicine resident at Wellspan York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania, from 2017 to 2020.She is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Physicians, Student National Medical Association, American Medical Association, National Comprehensive Cancer Network and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.Dr. LeBlanc can speak in American sign language and also enjoys travelling, hiking, sketching and playing the piano.
