My Nurse Practitioner was very professional, and all my questions were answered.
She explained everything in detail from what was happening with my sinuses, & how to use the treatment, she prescribed.

Ms. Verrett wrote visit notes that were more comprehensive than any that I have ever gotten at Ochsner. She listened, asked questions, described options, studied and referred to my prior history, added pictures of products she suggested that I purchase, and included all of that in my notes. I was so pleased by the care and information I got from her.
I will recommend other family members and friend to this provider. She really was very professional & knowledgeable during my visit.
They explained to me what was the problem. And what I need to do.
She listened to what I had to say. Performed a procedure to look at my throat and was very reassuring during the procedure. She discussed the results and recommended solutions.
