Lori Lemoine specializes in diabetes management at Ochsner Health in Covington, Louisiana. In her practice, Lori is solely focused on treating diabetic patients and their unique needs. Lori earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002 and her Master of Nursing degree as a family nurse practitioner in 2010 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans. She then went on to complete her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2015. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is also certified in Advanced Diabetes Management by the American Association of Diabetes Educators.
