Madeline Shannon, MD, practices pediatrics at Ochsner Health. Dr. Shannon provides compassionate and comprehensive care for children from infancy through adolescence. She is dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and their families and is committed to helping every child thrive.

Dr. Shannon earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She then completed her residency in pediatrics at LSU in New Orleans. Dr. Shannon actively participates in the American Academy of Pediatrics to stay updated on medical advancements.

Dr. Shannon is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of her patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. Outside of medicine she enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, traveling and cheering on the LSU tigers!
