Mallory Lafargue Hoffman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (BACS) with more than 15 years of experience with Ochsner Children's in New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2005 and her Master's in Social Work in 2007, also from LSU. Mallory is based in the outpatient setting, working to support children with developmental differences and their families at our Michael R. Boh Center for Child Development.

She is a dedicated member of several pediatric multidisciplinary teams (Down Syndrome, Feeding & Swallowing, Neuromotor & Spasticity, and NICU follow-up), and is skilled with supporting and advocating for families, as well as connecting them to critical resources. Mallory also provides supervision to other social workers pursuing clinical licensure and is a long-time member of her professional organization, the National Association of Social Workers, Louisiana Chapter (NASW-LA).

In her free time, Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on camping and boating adventures.
