Mareesa Mathers, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in hematology oncology at the Ochsner Health. Since joining the center in 2013, she has been committed to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care to individuals facing malignant and benign diagnoses.

Mareesa is a proud graduate of Northwestern State University, earning her degree in 2011. Outside of medicine, Mareesa enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, eating at local restaurants and relaxing with her French Bulldog, Poppy.
