Biography

Marissa Alvero received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. She then earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA. Marissa is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to receiving her Master of Science in Nursing degree, she worked as a registered nurse in a pediatric intensive care unit and neonatal intensive care unit for over six years.
