Biography
Matthew Martelli, MD, practices anatomic and clinical pathology at Ochsner Rush Health. Dr. Martelli received his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, with additional coursework in human anatomy completed at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky and completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He also completed a fellowship in gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, and pancreatic pathology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He is board certified by the American Board of Pathology in both anatomic and clinical pathology.
