Biography
Dr. Collins earned her medical degree and graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2008. She completed her plastic surgery training at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, in 2014 and her fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston in 2015. Dr. Collins is active in both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery and has served on numerous committees and presented her work at national meetings for each organization. Dr. Collins also is passionate about educating the next generation of physicians, including medical students, residents and fellows. She previously served as a Microsurgery Fellowship director.
Dr. Collins is dedicated to her patients and is committed to providing excellent and individualized care. She offers a care plan that is tailored to each patients needs and desires. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, traveling and doing activities with her family.
