Dr. Michael Pinsky is a urologist in Slidell, Louisiana. Dr. Pinsky earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his urology residency at Tulane with a focus on endourology and minimally invasive urology. He is board certified in urology by the American Board of Urology, and a member of the American Urologic Association. His special interests include robotic surgery for prostate cancer, kidney cancer, and ureteral strictures (including UPJ obstruction) as well as minimally invasive management strategies for BPH and kidney stones. Dr. Pinsky also has a wide general urologic interest that includes management of enlarged prostates, elevated PSA levels, kidney stones, blood in the urine, urologic malignancies, vasectomies, etc. He also specializes in the UroLift System with a Center of Excellence Designation.
