Biography
Dr. Rubin received his Medical Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, where he also completed his internship and residency in Pediatrics. He has has been practicing medicine since 2001. Prior to joining Ochsner in 2021, Dr. Rubin served as Section Head of Pediatric Services at West Jefferson Medical Center from 2004-2008, Medical Director of Pediatric Services at West Jefferson Medical Center from 2012-2016 and Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at West Jefferson Medical Center from 2008-2015. He also served as the Medical Director of LCMC's Children's Hospital Emergency Room at its West Jefferson Medical Center location from 2016-2020. Dr. Rubin is board-certified in Pediatrics and specializes in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine.
