Dr. Mokhtar Abdallah received his medical degree from Lebanese University, Hadat Campus in Beirut, Lebanon and completed his residency at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York. He completed his fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at Tulane Medical Center. Dr. Abdallah specializes in cardiology and nuclear medicine. He has been on staff at Ochsner since August 2020.
