Morgan Johnson, PA-C, specializes in vascular surgery at Ochsner Health. She works closely with her collaborating physicians to identify and treat complex vascular disease processes such as abdominal aneurysms, carotid artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, as well as creating access points for patients receiving dialysis treatment.

Morgan earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University before moving on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains professional membership with the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants. She began her career as a physician assistant in 2020 where she previously practiced in the emergency department at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center.

Morgan brings a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for patient care to her role, excelling both in the operating room and on the hospital floor. Known for her approachable demeanor and positive energy, she connects easily with patients, families and colleagues alike. Her combination of surgical expertise and enthusiasm makes her a valued member of the vascular surgery team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in her flowerbed, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, reading a good book with a cup of coffee and spending quality time with her husband and pup.
